El nuevo sistema supone una mejora cualitativa y cuantitativa en la vigilancia de las fronteras de Melilla que pasa a disponer de un sistema integrado de vigilancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En palabras del gestor de proyecto Miguel Bueno: \u201cEstamos muy contentos de contribuir a mejorar la vigilancia fronteriza de la ciudad de Melilla con un sistema integrado. La ubicaci\u00f3n compleja de los sistemas de vigilancia, la coordinaci\u00f3n de distintos colaboradores, la adquisici\u00f3n de los equipos con las mejores prestaciones y el plazo ajustado de ejecuci\u00f3n han sido algunos de los retos del proyecto, que se ha logrado gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n y alineamiento de todas las partes involucradas incluyendo a la propia comandancia de la GC de Melilla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El nuevo Sistema Integral de Vigilancia<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto se ha ejecutado en menos de siete meses. Ha supuesto un reto la realizaci\u00f3n de las obras de acondicionamiento y la instalaci\u00f3n de las estaciones, as\u00ed como la red de comunicaciones necesaria para garantizar la distribuci\u00f3n de las im\u00e1genes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un sistema compuesto por estaciones fijas de vigilancia para dotar a la Guardia Civil de una mayor cobertura tanto terrestre como mar\u00edtima en el control fronterizo inteligente de la ciudad de Melilla. Con la instalaci\u00f3n de este sistema de vigilancia, la Guardia Civil dispondr\u00e1 de c\u00e1maras de d\u00eda y de noche de gran resoluci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s de otros sensores. Las c\u00e1maras de visi\u00f3n nocturna son las c\u00e1maras t\u00e9rmicas de Thales y el software de supervisi\u00f3n y control (HORUS) desarrollado \u00edntegramente por el equipo de Thales en Espa\u00f1a permite la gesti\u00f3n y el control centralizado de todos los sensores y actuadores adem\u00e1s de permitir el procesado de las im\u00e1genes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo sistema ofrece fiabilidad y contribuir\u00e1 a mejorar la vigilancia fronteriza de la ciudad de Melilla, vital para los intereses de Espa\u00f1a y Europa.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La UTE formada por la tecnol\u00f3gica europea Thales y la empresa espa\u00f1ola de seguridad Trablisa finaliza con \u00e9xito la instalaci\u00f3n del Sistema Integral de Vigilancia en la Comandancia de Melilla de la Guardia Civil para el control inteligente de fronteras.
