En la pr\u00e1ctica, supondr\u00e1 que el 35% del consumo anual de energ\u00eda de ITP Aero en Espa\u00f1a ser\u00e1 de origen renovable. El 65% restante est\u00e1 certificado con las correspondientes Garant\u00edas de Origen Renovable (GdOs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este hito forma parte de los compromisos ESG de ITP Aero y se enmarca dentro de su estrategia Net Zero que est\u00e1 aplicando a trav\u00e9s del programa \u00abBusiness Ambition to 1.5 \u00baC\u00bb. Mediante su adhesi\u00f3n al programa, la compa\u00f1\u00eda se compromete a reducir sus emisiones de CO2 a trav\u00e9s de objetivos de reducci\u00f3n basados en la ciencia, de la mano de Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bel\u00e9n Gonz\u00e1lez, directora de ESG de ITP Aero, ha afirm\u00f3 que: \u201cpara cumplir nuestros compromisos con SBTI estamos trabajando en la transformaci\u00f3n de nuestras fuentes de energ\u00eda hacia otras de menor impacto en CO2, la generaci\u00f3n de nuestra propia energ\u00eda, la mejora de nuestros productos, el fomento del uso de combustibles de aviaci\u00f3n sostenible y la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de sistemas de propulsi\u00f3n alternativos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ignacio Soneira, director general de Axpo Iberia, por su parte, declar\u00f3: \u201cCada vez m\u00e1s empresas e industrias con un alto consumo de electricidad requieren de este tipo de contratos para no poner en riesgo su competitividad frente a futuros altibajos de precios. La firma de este PPA garantizar\u00e1 a ITP Aero una cobertura de riesgos y un precio competitivo para desarrollar su actividad.
