Estos transistores ofrecen un rendimiento mayor que los componentes tradicionales basados en silicio. Por tanto, los transistores de nitruro de galio permitir\u00e1n construir naves espaciales m\u00e1s ligeras y eficientes que pueden soportar las condiciones extremas del espacio, incluidas la radiaci\u00f3n y presiones similares al vac\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los socios del consorcio cuentan con experiencia suficiente para llevar a cabo todas las operaciones de creaci\u00f3n de transistores nitruro de galio de 650 V para el espacio, desde el dise\u00f1o y la fabricaci\u00f3n, hasta el procesamiento y las pruebas.
