{"id":16936,"date":"2025-02-03T11:11:34","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T11:11:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/?p=16936"},"modified":"2025-02-03T11:11:37","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T11:11:37","slug":"el-motor-electrico-propulsor-de-la-fragata-f110-y-su-convertidor-superan-sus-pruebas-de-choque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/en\/defensa\/el-motor-electrico-propulsor-de-la-fragata-f110-y-su-convertidor-superan-sus-pruebas-de-choque\/","title":{"rendered":"El motor el\u00e9ctrico propulsor de la fragata F110 y su convertidor superan sus pruebas de choque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 28 de noviembre fueron completadas con \u00e9xito las pruebas de choque en barcaza del motor el\u00e9ctrico y convertidor de frecuencia de la propulsi\u00f3n de la fragata F110.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras las pruebas de choque completadas en el mes de octubre para el di\u00e9sel generador, el cuadro el\u00e9ctrico principal y la purificadora de combustible, estas pruebas completan todas las previstas a realizar en barcaza para el sistema propulsivo del programa F110.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s, las pruebas fueron realizadas en la barcaza \u00abShock Test Vehicle STV02\u00bb que la empresa Thornton Tomasetti Defence Ltd (TTDL) utiliza para este tipo de pruebas de choque en las instalaciones de Limehillock (Escocia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00e9xito de esta prueba pone de manifiesto la capacidad de Navantia para la cualificaci\u00f3n de los equipos del buque frente a los m\u00e1s exigentes niveles de supervivencia en combate y ratifica la capacidad de su proveedor Ingeteam para el dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de equipamiento el\u00e9ctrico de propulsi\u00f3n naval, tanto convertidor de frecuencia como motor el\u00e9ctrico, siendo estos capaces de soportar condiciones externas adversas, manteniendo las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n requeridas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo de trabajo incluy\u00f3 representantes de Navantia y TTDL, as\u00ed como de Ingeteam, fabricante de los equipos probados. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes representantes de Defensa, de la Oficina del Programa F110 de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Armamento y Material (DGAM) y de la empresa norteamericana Element, que act\u00faa como tercera parte de cara a Defensa, garantizando la correlaci\u00f3n entre la prueba desarrollada en Escocia (normativa brit\u00e1nica) y la que se desarrollar\u00eda en USA (normativa MIL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los equipos sometidos a las pruebas de choque en barcaza en Escocia han sido transportados por v\u00eda mar\u00edtima y regresado al astillero de Navantia en Ferrol, desde donde ser\u00e1n enviados a sus respectivas f\u00e1bricas de origen para su reacondicionado y la realizaci\u00f3n de pruebas de f\u00e1brica adicionales.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 28 de noviembre fueron completadas con \u00e9xito las pruebas de choque en barcaza del motor el\u00e9ctrico y convertidor de frecuencia de la propulsi\u00f3n de la fragata F110.
