Se trata de un sistema planeador guiado con cabeza de guerra que multiplica la capacidad ofensiva de plataformas no tripuladas como por ejemplo el UAS t\u00e1ctico SIRTAP de Airbus. De hecho, el demostrador puede verse ya integrado sobre una maqueta a tama\u00f1o real del SIRTAP en la exhibici\u00f3n est\u00e1tica de Airbus Defence and Space (pabell\u00f3n 4). La BAT fue presentada por el CEO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Antonio G\u00f3mez-Guillam\u00f3n, el responsable del \u00e1rea de Defensa, Pedro Becerra, el CEO de Instalaza, Miguel Mu\u00f1oz y el responsable del programa SIRTAP en Airbus, Modesto Revuelta, en el stand de AERTEC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La BAT, desarrollada por AERTEC en colaboraci\u00f3n con Instalaza, es una munici\u00f3n ligera tipo glider equipada con navegaci\u00f3n INS\/GNSS y guiado l\u00e1ser SALS en fase terminal (campo de visi\u00f3n \u00b117\u00b0 y alcance de designaci\u00f3n de 3,2 km). Su dise\u00f1o incorpora alas plegables para maximizar el alcance y minimizar la resistencia durante el vuelo de la plataforma UAS, lo que permite intervenir a distancia de seguridad (stand-off) con elevada precisi\u00f3n y un riesgo operativo muy reducido. De forma opcional, puede a\u00f1adir propulsi\u00f3n auxiliar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pensada para plataformas no tripuladas t\u00e1cticas, la BAT ampl\u00eda el alcance de misi\u00f3n de los&nbsp;UAVs, refuerza su autonom\u00eda t\u00e1ctica y capacidad ofensiva y se integra con los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de armas ya existentes. Su compatibilidad con el SIRTAP, desarrollado por Airbus&nbsp;Defence&nbsp;and&nbsp;Space&nbsp;para las Fuerzas Armadas de Espa\u00f1a (en el que tambi\u00e9n participa AERTEC), confirma la idoneidad del arma para los escenarios de combate actuales, donde la flexibilidad y la interoperabilidad son factores clave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En palabras de G\u00f3mez-Guillam\u00f3n,<em> \u201cpresentar nuestra BAT en FEINDEF no es solo ense\u00f1ar un producto; es demostrar que la industria espa\u00f1ola puede crear tecnolog\u00eda de impacto con medios propios. BAT es la prueba de ello, como lo es tambi\u00e9n nuestro micromisil Fox.
