El proyecto, seleccionado en la convocatoria 2023 del PERTE del Sector Naval del Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, ha desarrollado una prueba de concepto destinada a evaluar si es posible entrenar algoritmos de inteligencia artificial para veh\u00edculos no tripulados (UxV) en entornos marinos simulados de alta fidelidad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0objetivo principal de\u00a0BLUESIM\u00a0ha sido validar, en un entorno controlado, que los sistemas de inteligencia artificial pueden aprender a realizar misiones concretas a partir de datos generados por\u00a0simulaciones hiperrealistas\u00a0basadas en el motor gr\u00e1fico\u00a0Unreal\u00a0Engine.\u00a0El proyecto se ha llevado de una fase TLR1 de definici\u00f3n a una fase de madurez tecnol\u00f3gica TRL3, donde se ha conseguido ejecutar una prueba de concepto, que permite establecer las bases para futuras explotaciones de sistema.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAES\u00a0ha desempe\u00f1ado\u00a0un papel fundamental en la recreaci\u00f3n del entorno ac\u00fastico marino y en el desarrollo del m\u00f3dulo de simulaci\u00f3n de sensores submarinos, aspectos clave para que los algoritmos de IA puedan enfrentarse a condiciones realistas durante su entrenamiento. Entre sus aportaciones destacan la definici\u00f3n de los requisitos funcionales y de calidad del entorno simulado, el modelado de la propagaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica en escenarios complejos y la creaci\u00f3n del m\u00f3dulo de s\u00f3nar sint\u00e9tico\u00a0en\u00a0Unreal\u00a0Engine, que integra un s\u00f3nar de visi\u00f3n frontal (FLS) y un s\u00f3nar de barrido lateral (SSS), utilizados para detectar obst\u00e1culos\u00a0y clasificar objetos del fondo marino. Adem\u00e1s, la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha colaborado en las pruebas funcionales y de rendimiento, as\u00ed como en la verificaci\u00f3n de los datos generados\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los miembros del proyecto han sido\u00a0Clue\u00a0Technologies, coordinador principal del proyecto y encargado del hardware &amp; software del entorno de simulaci\u00f3n UXV, fabricaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n del sistema;\u00a0ITT Norte,\u00a0encargado del\u00a0desarrollo de los m\u00f3dulos GNSS para\u00a0UXV\u00a0as\u00ed como de las comunicaciones nodo a nodo y\u00a0Navantia\u00a0encargado de los requisitos de alto nivel y la hoja de ruta como potencial usuario final.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n se ha contado con la colaboraci\u00f3n de\u00a0IH Cantabria\u00a0que ha proporcionado la simulaci\u00f3n de la din\u00e1mica hidrol\u00f3gica de la r\u00eda de Ribadeo, que ha sido el entorno seleccionado para utilizar en las simulaciones.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La demostraci\u00f3n operativa ha puesto de manifiesto que\u00a0la plataforma es estable y capaz de generar datos complejos\u00a0\u2014incluidos sensores sint\u00e9ticos\u2014 necesarios para\u00a0los primeros pasos del aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico.\u00a0Los resultados han permitido validar el enfoque y permiten avanzar hacia fases superiores de madurez tecnol\u00f3gica, donde podr\u00e1n integrarse escenarios m\u00e1s exigentes y capacidades avanzadas de toma de decisiones aut\u00f3nomas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BLUESIM forma parte de las iniciativas impulsadas por el\u00a0PERTE del Sector Naval, orientadas a promover la digitalizaci\u00f3n, sostenibilidad e innovaci\u00f3n dentro del sector mar\u00edtimo espa\u00f1ol.
