Este hito forma parte del compromiso de ITP Aero con la descarbonizaci\u00f3n de la aviaci\u00f3n, y se ha anunciado durante un evento en el que han participado representantes del Ministerio de Defensa.<\/p>\n<p>El General Coll, Jefe de Sistemas A\u00e9reos de Ala Rotatoria de la Subdirecci\u00f3n General de Programas de la DGAM, afirm\u00f3 que: \u00abel que ITP Aero pueda realizar las pruebas en banco de los motores que van a ser instalados en nuestros helic\u00f3pteros NH90 utilizando combustible SAF es, sin duda, un primer paso muy relevante para ir normalizando el uso de ese tipo de combustible en los motores de nuestras aeronaves, lo que repercutir\u00e1 en la disminuci\u00f3n de emisiones nocivas a la atm\u00f3sfera y, en consecuencia, en la preservaci\u00f3n del medioambiente, objetivo con el que las Fuerzas Armadas est\u00e1n alineadas y comprometidas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El General G\u00f3mez Blanco, Subdirector de Ingenier\u00eda de aviones de Caza y RPA del MALOG, ha declarado que: \u201cEl uso de Combustibles Sostenibles en Aviaci\u00f3n es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s s\u00f3lida para impulsar la descarbonizaci\u00f3n del sector aeron\u00e1utico a corto plazo. Los ensayos que hoy anuncia ITP suponen un impulso relevante en las actividades de ingenier\u00eda que permitir\u00e1n consolidar el uso de estos combustibles en los helic\u00f3pteros de las Fuerzas Armadas. Unas actividades, que est\u00e1n totalmente alineadas con los ensayos que est\u00e1 realizando el Ejercito del Aire y del Espacio en colaboraci\u00f3n con las empresas espa\u00f1olas m\u00e1s importantes del sector entre las que, por supuesto se encuentra ITP\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1lvaro Santodomingo, Director de Defensa de ITP Aero, ha declarado: \u201cEste hito es un paso m\u00e1s en nuestro compromiso por seguir avanzando con el uso de SAF en plataformas del Ministerio de Defensa de Espa\u00f1a y est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea con nuestro compromiso por alcanzar emisiones netas cero en 2050. Entre todos, estamos posicionando a Espa\u00f1a como un jugador muy relevante en el uso de SAF, y nos orgullece poder hacerlo ahora de la mano del Ministerio de Defensa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Este hito se une a otros proyectos de uso de SAF que ITP Aero est\u00e1 impulsando en distintas plataformas del Ministerio de Defensa de Espa\u00f1a. En este sentido, cabe destacar que ITP Aero es parte del programa BACSI (Base A\u00e9rea Conectada, Sostenible e Inteligente) del Ej\u00e9rcito del Aire y del Espacio con el objetivo de aumentar la eficacia, productividad, eficiencia y sostenibilidad de las bases a\u00e9reas. Como parte de este proyecto, la Patrulla \u00c1guila vol\u00f3 por primera vez con SAF durante el desfile a\u00e9reo del \u00faltimo D\u00eda de la Hispanidad. ITP Aero dise\u00f1o un sistema de instrumentaci\u00f3n para ayudar a validar el uso de SAF en los motores que propulsan los aviones C-101 de la Patrulla \u00c1guila.
