El primer contrato de ITP Aero con Pratt &#038; Whitney se firm\u00f3 en 1992, y supuso la entrada de ITP Aero en el mercado de motores para aviones de pasillo \u00fanico, un hito muy importante en la estrategia de diversificaci\u00f3n de clientes de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, ITP Aero es socio a riesgo y beneficio en todos los motores de la familia Geared Turbofan (GTF) de Pratt &#038; Whitney, siendo responsable del suministro de Mid Turbine Frames o MTF (estructura intermedia entre las dos turbinas del motor), Integrated Bladed Rotors o IBRs (discos que comprimen el aire del compresor) y Externals (componentes del exterior del motor que distribuyen fluidos como aceite, combustible o aire). En los diez a\u00f1os de colaboraci\u00f3n entre ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas, ITP Aero ha hecho entrega de m\u00e1s de 1,600 IBRs, 1,300 estructuras de fundici\u00f3n para los MTFs, y m\u00e1s de 350,000 externals.<\/p>\n<p>La familia de motores GTF es la m\u00e1s silenciosa, ecol\u00f3gica y eficiente para aviones de pasillo \u00fanico, con m\u00e1s de 1.300 aviones y m\u00e1s de 15 millones de horas de vuelo de motores en servicio. Adem\u00e1s, la familia de motores GTF tambi\u00e9n ofrece caracter\u00edsticas de vanguardia en cuanto a sostenibilidad como una reducci\u00f3n de hasta el 75% en la emisi\u00f3n de ruido, reducci\u00f3n de hasta el 50% en las emisiones de NOx, y reducci\u00f3n de hasta el 20% en emisiones de CO2.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la ceremonia, Bob Quinn, Executive Director Partnership Programs de Pratt &#038; Whiteny, ha destacado que \u201cEs un honor estar hoy aqu\u00ed con vosotros, casi diez a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la firma de nuestro primer contrato.
