{"id":5230,"date":"2022-05-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/uncategorized\/andres-sendagorta-presidente-de-sener-sera-propuesto-nuevo-presidente-del-ief\/"},"modified":"2024-04-02T10:49:18","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T10:49:18","slug":"andres-sendagorta-presidente-de-sener-sera-propuesto-nuevo-presidente-del-ief","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/en\/aeronautica\/andres-sendagorta-presidente-de-sener-sera-propuesto-nuevo-presidente-del-ief\/","title":{"rendered":"Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta, presidente de SENER, ser\u00e1 propuesto nuevo presidente del IEF"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul> La Junta Directiva propondr\u00e1 a la Asamblea de Socios del pr\u00f3ximo 11 de mayo la designaci\u00f3n de Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta, presidente del grupo de ingenier\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda SENER, como nuevo presidente del Instituto de la Empresa Familiar.<\/ul>\n<p> En caso de resultar elegido, el presidente de SENER sustituir\u00e1 en el cargo a Marc Puig, que cumple su mandato de dos a\u00f1os desde que fue designado en la Asamblea de 2020.  <\/p>\n<ul> La Junta Directiva del Instituto de la Empresa Familiar, a propuesta de su presidente, Marc Puig, ha acordado por unanimidad proponer a la Asamblea de Socios, m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano de decisi\u00f3n del IEF, y que celebrar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 11 de mayo su reuni\u00f3n anual, la designaci\u00f3n de Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta, presidente del grupo de ingenier\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda SENER, como nuevo presidente del IEF.<\/ul>\n<p>En caso de ser ratificado por la Asamblea, Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta sustituir\u00e1 en el cargo a Marc Puig, cuyo mandato de dos a\u00f1os vencer\u00e1 en mayo pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>La Junta Directiva ha mostrado asimismo su agradecimiento a Marc Puig por la destacable labor que est\u00e1 desarrollando al frente del Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidencia del Instituto de la Empresa Familiar tiene, seg\u00fan los estatutos de la organizaci\u00f3n, una duraci\u00f3n de dos a\u00f1os no prorrogables. Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta se convertir\u00eda as\u00ed en el decimoquinto presidente del Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta es accionista y presidente de SENER, un Grupo de ingenier\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda fundado en 1956, con presencia en cinco continentes y que es reconocido por su capacidad de innovaci\u00f3n y de liderar cambios que gu\u00eden el desarrollo sostenible de la sociedad. Es tambi\u00e9n presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n SENER y desde mayo de 2019 es presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de la Empresa Familiar de Euskadi, Aefame.<\/p>\n<p>Diplomado en Direcci\u00f3n General por el Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (I.E.S.E Universidad de Navarra), es tambi\u00e9n miembro del Consejo Rector del Instituto de Estudios Burs\u00e1tiles. Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta se gradu\u00f3 en la Escuela Naval Militar de la Armada espa\u00f1ola como alf\u00e9rez de Nav\u00edo del Cuerpo General Escala Superior en el a\u00f1o 1985. Dentro de su carrera militar, ha sido oficial de Guerra Antisubmarina de la Fragata \u201cBaleares\u201d y teniente de Nav\u00edo y piloto naval de reactores de combate con calificaci\u00f3n de portaaviones (U.S. Navy y Armada Espa\u00f1ola). Ha ocupado tambi\u00e9n los puestos de: piloto de reactores Harrier en la Base Naval de Rota y del portaaviones Pr\u00edncipe de Asturias; jefe de Operaciones y segundo comandante; y capit\u00e1n de Corbeta de la escala superior del Cuerpo General de la Armada.<\/p>\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Sendagorta ha sido condecorado con la Gran Cruz del M\u00e9rito Naval en 2009, con distintivo blanco.<\/p>\n<p>  <em><\/p>\n<p>Acerca de SENER<br \/> SENER es un grupo privado de ingenier\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda fundado en 1956 que busca ofrecer a sus clientes las solucionas tecnol\u00f3gicas m\u00e1s avanzadas y que disfruta de un reconocimiento internacional gracias a su independencia y a su compromiso con la innovaci\u00f3n y la calidad.
