Tambie\u0301n tiene como objetivo promocionar este sector en la sociedad y mostrar lo apasionante que es a las nuevas generaciones para que se animen a formar parte de e\u0301l.<\/p>\n<p>WIA-E promueve iniciativas muy variadas para servir estos objetivos y varias de ellas facilitan la red de contactos entre los miembros que esta\u0301n repartidos por multitud de organizaciones y pai\u0301ses europeos.<\/p>\n<p>WIA-Europe cuenta con 16 grupos locales en ciudades europeas donde hay una presencia considerable de actividades e industria espaciales. Los grupos locales facilitan que los miembros de la asociacio\u0301n puedan participar presencialmente (y en estos tiempos on-line) en actividades de interconexio\u0301n profesional (networking), formaciones, conferencias&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El grupo local de Madrid<\/strong> arranca gracias al entusiasmo y energi\u0301a de casi 50 participantes, tanto mujeres como hombres pertenecientes a diversas empresas e instituciones del sector espacial con presencia en nuestra regio\u0301n Airbus, Alter Technology, CDTI, Crisa, ESA, GMV, Iberespacio, Ineco, Isdefe, Lidax, Sener y Thales Alenia Space.<\/p>\n<p>La diversidad de experiencias, edades y perfiles profesionales nos permite poner en comu\u0301n las diferentes visiones y puntos de vista para afrontar los desafi\u0301os del sector espacial y proponer iniciativas que interesen a un gran nu\u0301mero de personas.<\/p>\n<p>Las actividades que se van a desarrollar son, entre otras la promocio\u0301n de las carreras STEM y la educacio\u0301n, haciendo e\u0301nfasis en los campos directamente relacionados con el sector aeroespacial, como cambio clima\u0301tico, los drones para el rescate, la bu\u0301squeda y el salvamento por medio de sate\u0301lites, la asistencia a personas discapacitadas, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Para llevar a cabo estas actividades se organizara\u0301n jornadas educativas, conferencias, mesas redondas, difusio\u0301n en colegios y universidades, participacio\u0301n en ferias de empleo. Tambie\u0301n se realizara\u0301n entrevistas para la promocio\u0301n de los modelos femeninos en el sector aeroespacial.<\/p>\n<p>WIA-Europe cuenta tambie\u0301n con 25 miembros corporativos y organizaciones asociadas. Los miembros corporativos construyen la columna vertebral financiera de la asociacio\u0301n y son un factor estabilizador clave para implementar este proyecto.
