The Spanish Association of Defence, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies (TEDAE) shows its support for Le\u00f3n’s candidacy to host the European Union\u2019s Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre. <\/p>\n
Le\u00f3n meets the best technical and location requirements. It is the headquarters of the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute, INCIBE, since 2006, and has an important business, university and research network that demonstrates its firm commitment to cybersecurity and its technologies. <\/p>\n
Locating the European Union\u2019s Cybersecurity Centre in Le\u00f3n would be a great opportunity for the region, Spain and Europe. TEDAE, made up of eighty-five high-tech companies, whose industrial activity converges in the cybersecurity sector, both in the civil and defence fields, has solid elements of evidence to support Le\u00f3n’s excellent candidacy. <\/p>\n
