{"id":6410,"date":"2020-11-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/uncategorized\/itp-aero-e-imdea-materiales-colaboran-en-un-programa-de-i-d-para-simular-la-fabricacion-en-3d-pionero-en-el-mundo\/"},"modified":"2024-04-02T10:50:20","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T10:50:20","slug":"itp-aero-e-imdea-materiales-colaboran-en-un-programa-de-i-d-para-simular-la-fabricacion-en-3d-pionero-en-el-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/en\/aeronautica\/itp-aero-e-imdea-materiales-colaboran-en-un-programa-de-i-d-para-simular-la-fabricacion-en-3d-pionero-en-el-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"ITP Aero e IMDEA Materiales colaboran en un programa de I+D para simular la fabricaci\u00f3n en 3D pionero en el mundo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>El programa, llamado ENVIDIA, tiene como objetivo predecir y optimizar de forma digital la fabricaci\u00f3n de componentes aeron\u00e1uticos mediante impresoras 3D <\/p>\n<p>La consecuci\u00f3n de esta tecnolog\u00eda dotar\u00e1 a ITP Aero de la capacidad de obtener componentes en estado final mediante fabricaci\u00f3n en 3D <\/p>\n<p><\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>ITP Aero e IMDEA Materiales colaboran en un programa de I+D, llamado ENVIDIA, que tiene como objetivo desarrollar software capaz de simular la producci\u00f3n de componentes aeron\u00e1uticos usando tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva (tambi\u00e9n conocido como impresoras 3D). Las actividades de este programa comenzaron a mediados del 2018, con la previsi\u00f3n de obtener esta tecnolog\u00eda a lo largo del 2021. Este hito convertir\u00e1 a ITP Aero e IMDEA Materiales en pioneros mundiales en este tipo de simulaci\u00f3n, proporcionando una posici\u00f3n privilegiada a ambos organismos en lo que a simulaci\u00f3n de procesos aditivos se refiere. <\/p>\n<p>ENVIDIA forma parte del programa \u201cRetos Colaboraci\u00f3n\u201d del Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovaci\u00f3n. La culminaci\u00f3n de este proyecto ser\u00e1 la generaci\u00f3n de un entorno de simulaci\u00f3n que pueda ser integrado, en primer lugar, dentro de las actividades de I+D de ITP Aero, para, en el medio plazo, pasar a formar parte de su cadena de producci\u00f3n a nivel industrial. <\/p>\n<p>El desarrollo de esta tecnolog\u00eda supondr\u00e1 una ventaja competitiva diferencial a la hora de simular el resultado final del proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n, y por tanto permitir\u00e1 optimizar eficientemente el dise\u00f1o y reducir el coste y tiempo de desarrollo y certificaci\u00f3n. A su vez, esta estrategia permitir\u00e1 a IMDEA Materiales extender los progresos obtenidos en el caso de s\u00faper-aleaciones de n\u00edquel a otros materiales met\u00e1licos. <\/p>\n<p>Erlantz Crist\u00f3bal, Director Ejecutivo de Tecnolog\u00eda de ITP Aero, ha comentado: \u201cENVIDIA es fruto de nuestra apuesta por la colaboraci\u00f3n con centros tecnol\u00f3gicos y universidades, una de las piedras angulares de nuestro plan de desarrollo de tecnolog\u00eda propia y Digitalizaci\u00f3n.
