Por ello la empresa madrile\u00f1a Alpha Unmanned Systems anuncia con orgullo que su Banco de Pruebas HALT (Highly Accelerated Lifetime Testing) ha salido de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que los motores y sistemas de transmisi\u00f3n que usamos en Alpha ser\u00e1n testados en condiciones de \u00abcuasi-vuelo\u00bb durante periodos de tiempo significativamente superiores y en entornos muy similares a los vuelos reales. Tests y pruebas m\u00e1s realistas, y con mayor duraci\u00f3n, aportar\u00e1n unos conocimientos que har\u00e1n que el dise\u00f1o y la fabricaci\u00f3n de nuestra plataforma sean todav\u00eda mejores.<\/p>\n<p>Este banco de pruebas, el HALT, ser\u00e1 usado para definir y validar tambi\u00e9n los periodos de mantenimiento de la nueva plataforma de ala rotatoria de Alpha, (prevista para la segunda mitad de 2020). Tambi\u00e9n servir\u00e1 para realizar las pruebas definidas en el STANAG 4738 (acuerdo de estandarizaci\u00f3n de la OTAN) sobre la planta de potencia y el sistema de combustible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abRealizar pruebas y ensayos es cr\u00edtico para incrementar la fiabilidad aeron\u00e1utica. La incorporaci\u00f3n del HALT aumentar\u00e1 enormemente la cantidad de horas de uso, cuyos resultados usar\u00e1n los ingenieros de Alpha para mejorar el proceso de dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n. Esperamos poder mejorar la calidad y fiabilidad de nuestras plataformas hasta niveles como nunca antes gracias a esta innovadora y necesaria herramienta\u00bb, ha declarado \u00c1lvaro Escarpenter, CTO y co-fundador de Alpha.<\/p>\n<p>Lo innovador de este banco de pruebas es que se ha dise\u00f1ado para integrar en \u00e9l no solo los motores como se hace habitualmente si no tambi\u00e9n la transmisi\u00f3n del helic\u00f3ptero e incluye un sistema de freno el\u00e9ctrico para simular las distintas cargas que el motor y transmisi\u00f3n van a soportar en las distintas condiciones de vuelo pero a revoluciones constantes del motor, que es como trabaja un helic\u00f3ptero.<\/p>\n<p>El motor y sistema de transmisiones son especialmente cr\u00edticos en las plataformas de ala rotatoria.
