{"id":7406,"date":"2019-04-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/uncategorized\/un-paso-decisivo-hacia-el-fondo-europeo-de-defensa\/"},"modified":"2024-04-02T10:51:11","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T10:51:11","slug":"un-paso-decisivo-hacia-el-fondo-europeo-de-defensa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tedae.org\/en\/uncategorized\/un-paso-decisivo-hacia-el-fondo-europeo-de-defensa\/","title":{"rendered":"Un paso decisivo hacia el Fondo Europeo de Defensa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 <strong>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha aprobado 525 millones de \u20ac para proyectos conjuntos industriales y de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El pasado 19 de marzo la Comisi\u00f3n Europea dio un impulso definitivo al Plan Europeo de Defensa con la publicaci\u00f3n de la convocatoria 2019- la tercera y \u00faltima &#8211; de la Acci\u00f3n Preparatoria sobre Investigaci\u00f3n en Defensa (PADR), al tiempo que ha puesto en marcha el Programa Europeo de Desarrollo Industrial en materia de Defensa (EDIDP) 2019 \u2013 2020, con la publicaci\u00f3n del programa de trabajo. Esto significa el lanzamiento de los primeros proyectos industriales para el desarrollo de capacidades en este nuevo marco europeo, enfocados principalmente a \u00e1reas como la tecnolog\u00eda de drones, las comunicaciones satelitales, la inteligencia artificial, la vigilancia mar\u00edtima o los sistemas de detecci\u00f3n temprana.<\/p>\n<p>Estas dos medidas presupuestarias de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea han servido para preparar el camino hacia el Fondo Europeo de Defensa con el que la Uni\u00f3n Europea tiene prevista establecer, a partir de 2021, el marco financiero plurianual que fomentar\u00e1 una base industrial y tecnol\u00f3gica europea de defensa competitiva, y permitir\u00e1 a los estados miembro la adquisici\u00f3n conjunta de capacidades de defensa.<\/p>\n<p>El primer programa de trabajo para la EDIDP, ahora aprobado, contempla una dotaci\u00f3n de 500 M\u20ac para cofinanciar desarrollos conjuntos de capacidades durante 2019 y 2020. Se espera que la Comisi\u00f3n publique en breve nueve convocatorias de propuestas para este a\u00f1o, que se completar\u00e1n con otras 12 para el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00faltima petici\u00f3n de propuestas en el marco de la Acci\u00f3n Preparatoria sobre Investigaci\u00f3n en Defensa (PADR) dedica 25 M\u20ac para la investigaci\u00f3n en control del campo electromagn\u00e9tico y futuras tecnolog\u00edas disruptivas de defensa, dos \u00e1reas consideradas clave para mantener el liderazgo e independencia tecnol\u00f3gica europea a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Los consorcios industriales tienen de plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de propuestas hasta finales de agosto de ese a\u00f1o.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un paso decisivo hacia el Fondo Europeo de Defensa<\/p>","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":7407,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7406","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
